Purpose
Project MOON is a private business operations system used to manage company jobs, tasks, schedules, employee access, time records, and related documents.
Google account information
MOON uses Google and Firebase authentication to identify authorized users. It may process a user's name, email address, and profile image for access control and display inside the system.
Google Drive data
When a company owner connects Google Drive, MOON requests permission limited to files and folders created or deliberately used with MOON. MOON uses this access to create company and job folders, upload job documents, list those documents, and provide links to open them. MOON does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Storage and sharing
Operational records are stored in Firebase. Job documents remain in the Google Drive account connected by the company owner. Access is limited to authorized company users according to their MOON roles.
Retention and removal
The company controls its operational records and Drive documents. The Google Drive connection can be revoked through the connected Google account's security settings. Company administrators may request removal of MOON-held integration information.
